mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-size: 16.0pt">当观无常之理:世事变迁皆是无常。虽曾得天帝之尊,福报尽时,必当堕落,甚至转为狗身,被人追打。或有现今美貌多容,被人爱敬,但时光变迁,老之将近时,即如秋花经霜,更不见昔日辉煌。如是更观世间荣华亦是无常:虽存无量财富,然是五家所共:水火王贼与不孝子。大限来时,色身尚不可保,况是身外之物。生命无常,犹如闪电。轮回长河,命之短暂,无量诸因,可令命断。故当反观内心,了知无常,归心佛法,寻求救护,以好乐欢喜心听闻佛法,如此闻法必得受用。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-size: 16.0pt">阿底峡尊者云:树之根可入药者,其枝叶花果皆可入药,若根有毒,枝叶花果亦有毒性,如此可知根之重要。学法之始,亦当重发心。以净心贯彻始终,可令闻法圆满。故知闻法过程,当善调其心。三士道皆因发心不同。若为利益一切有情故,珍惜闻法因缘,思维修习,好乐听闻,则为大乘菩萨发心,即上士道之发心。大地众生虽有无量无边,而精勤修习善法者甚少。今有殊胜善缘得以听闻佛法,应自庆幸,心怀踊跃,欢喜听闻。了知世间无常,更为面对无常,精勤策励,发心希求善法。不可沉浸于无常苦痛之中,无益于修行也。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-hansi-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt">一切安乐根本、功德根本即是善知识。对这样的具德善知识应如理如法依止,这是修道的基础。从世间来说,父母的恩重如山。而从出世间来说,善知识能指引解脱之道,对今生来世有大功德,故称恩师。我等能于善法乃至生起少许功德,都因善知识教导。如盲不见路,无法到达平地。我等于善恶不知取舍,无有慧眼,故需善知识方便接引,止恶行善,渐生功德。故善知识为“诸功德本”,于此恩师如法依止,是为修习解脱道及菩提道的基础。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: &#39; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-size: 16.0pt">《华严》以九种心承侍善知识,如其中的孝子心:如孝子般行持善法,恭顺而不悖逆。如轮围山心:道心坚固,不随波逐流。<SPAN style="COLOR: red">京俄瓦</SPAN>大师住山修行,时一弟子言,寒冬难耐,不如离去。另一弟子言,天宫虽舒适,却不闻大乘佛法,我等今得遇善知识,听闻佛法,当坚住也。如犬心:无论善知识如何打骂,对师之恭敬心不变,如此可以净化无边罪障。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; mso-bidi-font-size: 16.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: &#39;Times New Roman&#39;"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P><P class=MsoBodyTextIndent2 style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt auto"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial"><FONT size=3>噶当派堆龙巴大师弟子拉若瓦(画师),每每见师时皆被打骂,其弟子不喜。而拉若瓦言:得师打骂如醍醐灌顶,更如胜乐金刚加持般身心清凉。由此可知,若能得具德上师打骂加持,可速除我等罪障。密拉日巴上师马尔巴,以常人无法接受之善巧方便去除弟子业障,令得大成就。若非具福报者,恐难遇此等善巧之师也。</FONT></SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-size: 16.0pt">藏地有言,虽学识渊博而诽谤上师者,其著作事业对众生利益甚微。反之,虽学识不广而能如理依止善知识,其成就将不可思议。一切功德之源泉为善知识,若不如法依止善知识,如何产生功德之流哉?</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-size: 16.0pt">昔日印度有外道兴盛,佛法衰微,时佛弟子欲请龙树、提婆师徒,龙树即命提婆出山与外道辩论。行前师徒相对辩论,师拟外道,弟子对辩。提婆进入角色,把师误作外道加以羞辱。龙树云:汝此去可胜外道,然因对师不敬故当有障难。后果如师言,外道向其乞眼,提婆挖眼相送。由此可知,对师小小不敬而遭当世果报。若不如法依止善知识,今生来世必得无量过患。经中论述颇多,此不繁引。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; mso-bidi-font-size: 16.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: &#39;Times New Roman&#39;"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-ascii-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-hansi-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt">西藏念珠绳或以动物皮制成,珠以人骨制成,由此警策自己。甚至以父母之骨制成念珠,每念经后,向念珠吹气,回向加持父母。遇大喇嘛时,则请加持念珠,即加持父母也。藏地瑜伽师所用碗以人头骨制成,以此表法,令己时刻于法上用功。思维无常,把握现在,不可因小事而耽搁修行时光,亦不可明日复明日。待无常到来,悔之晚矣。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: &#39; mso-ascii-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-hansi-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt">修习菩提心关键在于知母。当知一切有情皆为我母,若能知母则易生起后六心。当如是思维:生命无始以来即存在,非从今日而始。能记忆前生者,其例甚多。由此推知,人人皆有前世。每期生命,尤其卵生胎生,多假托一对父母而投胎,无数次投生即有无量有情曾为我父母。佛经中云,未曾做过我母之有情,了不可得也。故当知母、念恩报恩。有人云,过去父母已不记得。虽是如此,当知父母之恩不因年久而磨灭,故过去父母亦应如今生父母之恩,我当报之。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: &#39; mso-ascii-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-hansi-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt">谓即便为乞丐而能生起菩提心,此人即应受人天礼拜。因生起菩提心者即为佛子,诸佛皆赞叹菩提心故。若能发起真实不虚之菩提心,即刻成为大乘佛子,种姓尊贵,为声闻弟子所不及。如太子虽少,其尊贵胜于大臣。发心菩萨虽尚未有任何事业功德,然已入大乘种姓,故胜于世间一切善法。又如金刚钻石虽小,尤胜金银,其本质尊贵故。发起菩提心后,即使睡眠放逸,其功德亦自然增长,诸护法常不相远离。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: &#39; mso-ascii-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-hansi-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt">有人问:如何去除我执?答:利我为中心转为利他为中心,于利益他人中去除我执。常思维执着自我之过患,思维关爱他人之利益,如此自他相换,对治我爱执。另于见解上亦当了知,我执之关键为有我。然我是否真有?故应于理上破斥。众生遭遇烦恼时,坚固之我即显露出来,但反观此我,实际是无。如面前显现花朵,唯是地水火风因缘假合,并非真实,乃我心安立之假相而已。有情色身亦复如是。血肉之躯于显微镜下,全然不为人也。故知所谓人身,亦是因缘假和之相。即使释迦佛亦无法找到实在之我,故佛言,诸法无我,一切法空。若一切真实而有,则不需它缘亦应生起。由此深明缘起空性之理。知此理故,当更深信业果不虚。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal; mso-ascii-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-hansi-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt">积资净障尤为重要。如种子需阳光与水才能发芽,修行亦需各种因缘才得成就。若修行中好乐善法之心不长久,则是因对佛菩萨功德了知甚少故,或知些须而信心不足。故当了知佛菩萨功德。如农民知种地可得秋收之利,故努力耕耘。然秋收之果未必能至,而农民依旧耕种不缀。我等当知今种善法之因,将来必得善之果报,故对佛菩萨功德应生坚信。商人为得利而各方算计,达废寝忘食之境。我等修行亦当思维解脱利益,念佛菩萨功德而发强烈好乐心,精勤策励令修行之心生起。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal; mso-ascii-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-hansi-font-family: &#39; &#39;; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt">积资净障主要修习七支供,即礼赞、供养、随喜、忏悔、请转法轮、请佛住世、回向。礼赞包含归依内容,希望消除障碍,令修行达到圆满。供养则可随个人因缘不同而设,若无条件,乃至净水一杯亦可。居士家中佛堂尽量摆设庄严,令人生欢喜心。佛堂中间可供释迦佛像。若护法像质地优良,亦不可放中间,而把佛像弃置一旁,否则为谤法罪。当观其恩德而非以质地论。亦应供法宝经书。尊重法宝可增长智慧,轻视法宝则为愚痴之因。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal;
