宁静祷词

龙吟

基督教有一首《宁静祷词》,其中有这么几句：

神！
请施予我宁静，接受我无法改变的事；
请赋予我勇气，去做我可以改变的事；
请赐予我智慧，能分辨这两者的不同。


虽然我不信有“上帝”和万能的“神”，但我觉得这三句话揭示了一个人面对生命无常和因果缘起的一种“理性”态度，是非常值得学习和借鉴的。

BTW, 无关宗教，有些祈愿文，其力量超乎想象，只需要你去诚心念诵并感受其中所阐述的道理。

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change,
courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time,
Enjoying one moment at a time,
Accepting hard ship as a pathway to peace,
Taking, as Jesus did,
This sinful world as it is, Not as I would have it,
Trusting that You will make all things right,
If  I surrender to Your will,
So that I maybe reasonably happy in this life,
And supremely happy with You forever in the next.

指引我前进的方向

我的负担，它们是那么沉重

seems more than I can bear
苦难以忍受

But i won't give up ,No no
我不会也不曾放弃
